Treatment time

I am not clear how many realised DIY projects there are at this stage. The components of my project are starting to come in, and I am looking at the practicalities for a genuinely usable device , once the prototyping issues are addressed. The pdbuzzboard project doesnt look like something I could see myself wearing for 4 hours a day every day. But that appears to be the treatment time on the trials

By contrast, the short video of Banwar seems to show 2 2 hour sessions, and then 1 2 hour session. Having just finished 25 minutes with my red light hat - where I can still work at my computer whilst "treatment" is in progress - I wonder what you can do for 4 hours of CR

How long is anybody using their device for? What can you do whilst being treated?
